Are you a new customer?

Yes, I am a new customer

  1. If you want to return the items you purchased in your first order, you can invoke your 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. All new customers can make a claim on the products purchased in their first order with Joyja within thirty (30) days of delivery. 
  2. Contact our helpdesk at help@joyja.com and provide us with the following information: email address (used to complete your purchase), order number, the product name(s), color(s), style(s) & size(s) of the items or the batch number of each item (located on the product tag if you still have it)as well as the reason why you invoke our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial
  3. We’ll review your request and send you a return label. Print it and affix it to your package. Make sure to cover or remove any original shipping information.
  4. Schedule a pickup, give the package to your mailman, drop it in your mailbox, at work, or at a post office without waiting in line. Allow up to 30 days for us to process your request upon receipt. You will be refunded or credited for the price you paid when purchasing these items. Shipping costs are not eligible for credit or refund. 

No, I am not a new customer

  1. Contact our helpdesk at help@joyja.com and request your return label.
  2. The items must be sent back in their new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery, with the tags attached. The items can be tried on, but not washed prior to the return, otherwise, they will not be accepted. 
  3. Repack items in their original packaging and seal securely with tape. 
  4. Print your pre-paid Return Label and affix it to your package. Make sure to cover or remove any original shipping information.
  5. Schedule a pickup, give the package to your mailman, drop it in your mailbox, at work, or at a post office without waiting in line. Allow up to 30 days for us to process your request upon receipt.
